The program is offered primarily by face to face instruction. Courses begin with reading assignments, followed by two weekends (36 hours) of instruction by Belk College faculty. The final two weeks are spent completing assignments and evaluation by the instructor. All courses are taught in English by UNC Charlotte faculty.

The EMBA curriculum is designed to provide an in-depth program of study of economics, management, marketing, operations, financial analysis, and other concepts essential for the contemporary executive. Students will become familiar with and learn to apply appropriate theories, models and tools to solve concrete business and managerial problems.
